Tara: China

Tara's boss suggested that she learn some Sim Fu, so Tara headed off to Shang Simla, the birthplace of Sim Fu, to study from the masters. She laboriously climbed these steps...

...until I realized that that was not a martial arts academy! D'oh! So Tara climbed back down and headed off to the academy.

She began her training with a sparring dummy, and to her credit, I didn't have to tell her to. She just walked onto the lot, climbed the stairs, and headed straight for the dummy. To her discredit, she thought skin-tight jeans and high-heeled boots were good gear for Sim Fu. Whatever.

Well maybe if you wore something other than jeans, you'd be able to kick!

After a few hours of work, Tara earned her white belt and was very proud indeed to show it.
For dinner, she went to the market and ate some stir-fry. (Don't you like my artsy-fartsy shot?)

Then she went to see the Terra Cotta Army.

Finally, as the sun was setting, she ran over to the Temple of Heaven.
