There's no doubt about it: Robyn has had to work a bit harder than either Tara or Erin. Though it's technically a small town, Twinbrook is a bit more expensive than Bridgeport - the cost of living is surprisingly low in Bridgeport, thanks to the apartments and lofts. Real estate in Twinbrook appears to be rather expensive.
The best places to meet new Sims are hotspots, but Twinbrook has precious few of those. Robyn has been reading the paper looking for hotspots and the same place always comes up: The Red Rendezvous. I couldn't find it on the map to save my life, but one day I stopped being stupid and spotted it. Robyn headed there shortly after work.
It seemed like everyone in town was there, but Robyn gravitated toward a blond surfer-type named Adam Rollins. He's handsome in a sort of rough-hewn way, and appears fairly muscular. They chatted all night, until Robyn was too tired and hungry to stay there any longer.
She ran into him outside the grocery store the next day, at which time he was wearing a truly unfortunate used-car-salesman-type plaid jacket. These poor NPC's have no idea of how to dress, do they?

He seemed interested, despite having a live-in girlfriend, and the next day, her birthday, she invited him to celebrate with her. They went to the nicest restaurant in town - i.e., the one not in a refurbished boxcar - and partied down on the patio.

Afterward, Robyn was no longer a Young Adult, but she looked the same.

To cap it all off, she was recently promoted to Weather Woman. She's 3 steps away from the top of the Journalism career! With the promotion came a healthy pay raise and a bonus. Finally, Robyn had enough cash to move out of her hovel.

Look! It has separate rooms and everything!
